RareCut Refund Policy
At RareCut, every jewel is a promise of rarity. We aim to make your experience seamless, transparent, and worry-free. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for RareCut jewellery.
Ready Jewellery (Pieces We Carry in Stock)

Eligibility: All ready-to-wear jewellery purchased from RareCut is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging, invoice, and certificates (IGI/BIS) included.

Damage Clause: If a product is returned damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear (scratches, missing stones, tampering), RareCut reserves the right to decline the refund or offer a partial refund after quality inspection.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned piece clears inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bespoke Jewellery (Custom Creations)

Eligibility: Bespoke creations are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, as each design is handcrafted exclusively for the client and cannot be resold or repeated.

Exchanges/Alterations: If your bespoke piece requires resizing or minor adjustments, our team will accommodate this once, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Further modifications may attract additional costs.

Damage on Delivery: In the unlikely event that a bespoke product arrives damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution. After inspection, RareCut may offer repair or remake — refunds will not be issued.
Shipping & Returns Process

All returns/refunds must be initiated through our Concierge Team (WhatsApp or email).

RareCut will arrange secure, insured pickup from your location.

The piece undergoes quality control checks upon receipt at our facility. Refunds/exchanges are confirmed only after passing inspection.
Important Notes

Certificates: Diamonds/gold returned without IGI/BIS certification cards will not be eligible for refund.

Tampering: Any product that has been altered, repaired, or resized by an external jeweller will void refund eligibility.

Final Sale: Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and special one-time customisations are non-refundable.
